Program standard

Every FCLC program should identify its learning objectives, participant group, delivery roles, safeguarding plan, privacy responsibilities, budget and method for assessing impact.

FCLC will describe planned venues as targets until confirmed in writing and will distinguish facility use from institutional endorsement.
