Launch safeguards
Before online donations open, FCLC will approve its banking and payment controls, privacy notice, refund and receipting language, accounting workflow, restricted-fund process and public reporting approach.
FCLC funds will remain under FCLC control. Payments to a related program provider will require written services, fair-value evidence, conflict disclosure and proper approval.
